Steps To Get Started:
Step 1: Request a Quote
First, request a quote and tell us about your project(s) and what services your interested in learning more about. We will respond by email to set up a free phone consultation where we can discuss the specifics of your project and/or set-up a meeting if you're local.
Step 2: Phone or Meeting Consolation
For our scheduled meeting or phone consoltation, we will be going over in more detail all of your project questions and concerns. We will also go over budget, and time frame for your project.
Step 3: Approval of Contract
After our consoltation, we will send a formal proposal via email. Once the proposal is approved, a contract and invoice for the deposit will be sent. Deposit amount is half of the total project cost.
Step 4: Launch Initiated
Finally! This is where we get to work. All content for the website should be submitted to the designer before work is to begin on the agreed-upon project initiation date. Content can be anything you want incorporated into your project such as pictures, videos, menus, marketing material, flyers, etc.
Step 5: Edits + Revisions
Once the project is complete, we'll send you a link to view it for approval. This is the time for feedback for fine tuning/tweaks and making sure everything is perfect.
Step 6: Launch Time
After final revisions and approval, we will request the balance payment for the remainder of invoice. After the invoice is paid, we will transfer the website to your ownership and connect the domain. If you do not have a domain name, we can create one for you.
Step 7: Maintenance
We will provide corrections for a period of 30 days after the project is complete in the following: text, functionality (buttons/links), and stock photo changes. For any future design edits/add-on's wanted, maintenace packages are available for purchase.
